Book Review — “The Turn of the Key” by Ruth Ware

Rowan Caine has stumbled upon a job that seems too good to be true. She needs a change from her life and this nanny position is just the ticket — high pay, beautiful home in the country and 4 sweet children. But all is not what it seems…. When we meet Rowan she is in prison for murdering one of the children on her watch. Told through a long letter to an attorney, Rowan unravels this ghostly tale of hauntings, poison, lies, creepy characters and devilish children — all within the confines of a “smart” house that is remotely controlled by the absent parents. This is a true page-turner as I literally could not put it down and read it in one day. Ruth Ware is becoming the Queen of the Creepy Mystery and I’m happy to step into her world!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
