Book Review- “In Her Words” by J. S. Ellis

What is real and what is imagined? Sophie is married to a wealthy, loving man living what should be a happy life but it’s not even close to being enough. As you’ll see “In Her Own Words” sometimes we fool ourselves into believing the best — or worst — in people. Told through Sophie’s diary journals this is a creepy yet suspenseful ride. Many of the characters are incredibly unlikeable, especially Sophie, an alcoholic intent on sabotaging her life with bad choice after bad choice. In spite of that, this manages to be an enjoyable, fast-paced read until the bitter end. Take it to the beach or on your summer vacation and be prepared to feel uncomfortable!! Disclaimer– I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. Title to be released 5/7/17
